The Epicure Cellar fine dining restaurant takes its design cues from its subterranean setting, occupying a space partially hidden in the town of Fonthill, Ontario.
Drawing further inspiration from European wine cellars, its palette and arched architectural detailing evoke those brick-arched cellars of centuries past.
With earthy tones of greens, warm-hued wood and metallic copper finishing against a moody setting of glimmering candles, the dining experience is both intimate and welcoming.
